My First Blog ( EVER )
To anyone who takes a look-see, hi, I'm Red, and I've been reading blogs for quit awhile, but I've never had the heart to answer blogs because others answers were so appropriate, and now I'm just making the decision to stop testing the water, and jump in. I thought it would be helpful to ask for help on my first blog, and see what response I would receive from the community about my little marketing challenge.
I have a property that I'm attempting to sale for a client that is going into foreclosure in June, I'm the third agent attempting to sale this property. It was listed with me 12/21/2006 @ $240,000 which was higher than I thought it should have been listed at, the sellers justified the cost at attempting to recoup their investment, that was the only way to retrieve their cost they stated many times, it is NOW listed at my advised initial listing price.
The sellers are not going to make any money off this sell or foreclosure, whichever comes first (after paying attorney fees, court cost, transaction fees, investors etc., no one makes any money except the bank and attorney's, not even the investors ).
I know I'm not the first to experience this conundrum, so being a novice REALTOR, and even more of a novice blogger, I'm asking of you, the vastly more enlightened ( which is anyone with more than six months RE experience, as I have ) for advice on successful approaches used in the past to remedy this condition, considering the time critical nature of this problem, I'm asking for help.
If anyone wants property, or to look at the property ( at cost ), go to ReggieIsOnLine.com, left side of page, second featured property.
To those that I might offend in asking for help in this manner, please accept my apologies in advance, I hope my next blog can be under more bloggosphere chat and less urgency. Thank You Bloggers,
Red
